One of the biggest challenges to healthy eating are those pesky sugar cravings! Luckily, there are plenty of ways to indulge a sweet tooth without self-sabotaging. Chia pudding is a great source of fiber and healthy fats to satisfy cravings without leaving you wanting MORE sugar.
1/2 cup So Delicious Coconut or Almond milk (unsweetened)
2 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP organic cocoa powder
1 teaspoon honey or 100% maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Organic liquid stevia (optional if you want it sweeter- add to taste)
Optional toppings: banana slices, strawberries, coconut flakes, or cocoa nibs
Combine all ingredients in a glass Tupperware or mason jar and refrigerate. Stir or shake after 30 minutes to break up any clumps.
The milk should be fully absorbed within a couple of hours. Stir pudding and enjoy!
