Paleo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This one-pan meal is a breeze to make, plus it’s free of all major allergens, and it’s Paleo/Whole 30 approved. It’s also packed with immune-boosting ginger & garlic! ⁣ 

Ingredients: ⁣
⁣1 lb ground chicken or pork (or 50/50)⁣⁣
3 cloves of fresh garlic (minced)⁣⁣
2 TBSP ginger (fresh-grated or powdered)⁣⁣
1/4 cup coconut aminos ⁣⁣
2 TBSP sesame oil ⁣⁣
1/2 cup green onion (chopped)⁣⁣
1/2 cup water chestnuts (chopped)⁣⁣
1/2 cup shredded carrots ⁣⁣
Organic romaine lettuce (washed and dried) ⁣⁣


Add 1 TBSP sesame oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Add meat and cook until browned ⁣⁣
While meat cooks, whisk together garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, and remaining sesame oil. Add mixture and remaining ingredients to pan. Stir together and cook an additional 3-5 minutes.⁣⁣
Spoon into lettuce leaves and enjoy! ⁣⁣
Optional: Whisk together an additional spoonful of coconut aminos, sesame oil, and garlic powder for dipping⁣
